IWI ARCA Handguard 17″

In close collaboration with Jeff Cross, owner of Cross Machine and Tool, IWI US has witnessed a growing demand, in the M4 community, to both utilize and fully integrate the popular ARCA Swiss rail system into the actual rail. Many rails today require the user to lose all M-LOK sections and other attachment points along the bottom of the rail in order to attach a separate ARCA section. Now being fully integrated into the rail, the Z15ARCA17 gives the shooter confidence in the ARCA’s durability that it cannot come loose during hard usage. The ARCA Swiss design gives the shooter the unique ability to quickly adjust configurations of accessories such as tripods, bipods, and supportive shooting bags on the rifle and to remain secure during firing and movement. In addition to the flat base, the rail also utilizes Magpul’s M-LOK technology at the three primary quadrants (3, 6, and 9 o’clock), as well as the upper and lower 45’s. Currently, this handguard is offered in 15.5” and 17” for the AR-15 only. Staying true to form as with all IWI US handguards, we utilize a machined steel barrel nut that adds structural integrity between the mating surfaces of the barrel extension and the upper receiver along with managing heat throughout the system. All IWI US handguards are built out of 6061-T6 aluminum for extreme integrity during hard use. Overall, this rail will make a great addition to any purpose-built rifle that is backed by an 85-year-old company that prides itself on providing robust products to end users around the world.
